Welcome to New Frequencies. These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of the digital songs sold on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. About the product

New Frequencies sells digital songs in audio format (MP3), written from the information you provide, with affirmative and motivational lyrics intended for the listener's well-being and emotional focus.

The product is digital: nothing physical is shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, your song is unlocked on your personal page and the access link is sent to the email you provided.

2. Nature of the product — important notice

Our songs are a tool for well-being, inspiration, and emotional focus. Under no circumstances do they constitute:

a promise or guarantee of material, financial, romantic, or any other kind of result;
medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, therapy, or advice;
a substitute for care from a licensed health professional.

Emotional and life outcomes vary from person to person and depend on individual factors unrelated to the product.

3. License

When you buy a song, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to listen to and store the purchased songs on your personal devices, as many times as you like.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the songs, whether for free or for a fee;
publish them on public platforms (YouTube, Spotify, social media, and the like) as your own content;
use them commercially (video soundtracks, paid events, advertising, etc.).

4. Intellectual property

All songs, lyrics, trademarks, text, and visual elements on this website are owned by or licensed to New Frequencies and are protected by applicable copyright law.

5. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider, in a secure environment; your card details never touch our servers. Prices are in US dollars. Delivery happens on your personal song page and by email right after the payment is confirmed. If you don't receive your access, check your spam folder or contact us at the email below.

6. Refunds

You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason. Details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

New Frequencies is not responsible for decisions you make based on the content of the songs, nor for temporary unavailability caused by third parties (payment provider, email providers, or hosting).

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time; the current version will always be available on this page. Purchases are governed by the version in effect on the date of purchase.
